"Who is Greg Kaplan? Greg is an all around, good hearted, honest and caring man. My husband and I started looking for a home in September of 2008. We had found a piece of land that we were interested in and the realtor just happened to be Greg Kaplan. I decided to call and find out how much the land was listed for. Needless to say, it was way out of our league. We were on a strict budget and could not afford a very hefty price, but we didn't want to settle for just anything. Greg had told us that everything would be okay and that he would do everything in his power to find us the home of our dreams within our price range. I felt safe leaving everything in his hands. After all he DEFINITELY was NOT in it for the money. Everyday I called him just to see if he really thought he could find us a home, and everyday he said that the right home would come along it was just a matter of time. We looked at almost every house on the market, and even put in offers on a few. But no one would seem to come down to what we could afford. Greg never complained or acted frustrated, he would just simply say, " There is a reason for everything. I promise something even better is out there for you." Just last month we found our dream home, and sure enough it was better then all of the others we had put offers in on. Greg had been right all along. We put an offer in and even though our offer was not the best one, the sellers chose us. Greg had went out of his way to explain to the sellers how much that house would mean to us and the situation we were in. Something that most realtors would not have done. We were so excited, but even though we had a contract on a house, Greg still kept in touch and let us know exactly what was going on and what we needed to do. Something else most realtors do not do. Now, my husband and I , and our two sons have our dream home. And it is all because of Greg. I had wanted to just give up. But Greg kept telling me to keep my chin up and everything would be okay. So if anyone is looking for an excellent realtor and a great friend I would HIGHLY recommend Greg Kaplan. Thanks for everything Greg!

"Who is Greg Kaplan?
The other day, I got a phone call from my Realtor. How is it that he is "my Realtor"? Really, he's a salesman who helped me with a large purchase a month ago. He's "my Realtor" because he made my purchase easy, because he is likable, and because he does good follow-up. I won't answer the phone if someone calls and tells me that they're checking in. I won't listen if they want to know how they can help. But when Greg calls me for a reason; with a message; because he can show me how he can help - suddenly I am interested.
Can you name one realtor who can stick with someone for unusual long period? I recommend Greg any time. He is a sure thing. My contract to a new home took him just about 8 months. He never complained nor ignored my messages. He treated me as new sales lead every time we met. I wondered when he said, his business mostly comes from referrals, but I am sure now why he is still in this business.
Enough said.
